Naheed store was formed in the year 1970 in Karachi and started off as small grocery outlet.

Naheed store experienced tremendous growth in a very short time which urged the management of the store to expand to the level of a supermarket. In order to expand, Naheed store partnered with RLTSquare as their Digital Agency in order to build an ecommerce store on Magento 2 enterprise. We helped Naheed Store to reimagine their digital presence and market their brand in a way which changed their approach towards consumer. Our collaboration with Naheed store spanned visual design, digital strategy, content for multimedia and socials, building an ecommerce store, testing and user experience. The purpose of this partnership with Naheed store was to make sure that their ecommerce initiative solidifies their brand experience along with refining user experience in order to support surge in the demand of goods.

Team and management of Naheed Supermarket were very supportive through the whole process and they helped us in order to understand their business design. RLTSquare worked to understand their business model which is B2C and B2D2C model as they are also working with Distributors. Naheed store is a very popular brand which made us to conduct a deeply rooted search in order to unearth customer behavior and customer relationship. RLTSquare completed this project in a span of 5 months from which one month was dedicated only to ensure the quality of the website. Quality has always been our focus and we make sure that we assist our clients in every possible way. Once the project was completed, Engineers from RLTSquare travelled to Karachi and helped in the deployment of the ecommerce store. It was very important to work closely with Naheed store in order to get real-time data analytics and provide with a more user-friendly experience. RLTSquare provided UX and visual designs which reflects the colorful and friendly nature of the brand along with an unmatched digital experience.
